Tracy Hendrix brings a wealth of experience and passion for people to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at McNear Agency Services. She is a strategic leader focused on building a high-performing and engaged workforce that fuels McNear's continued growth and success.

Tracy has a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative HR strategies across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. She is a champion for fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and professional development at McNear.

Prior to joining McNear, Tracy held senior HR leadership roles in organizations of varying sizes within the corporate industry. Her experience encompasses a wide range of HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. She is known for her collaborative approach, data-driven decision making, and ability to translate HR initiatives into tangible business results.

Tracy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from George Mason University. She is a SHRM-SCP, PHR professional and is actively involved in the HR community.
