About the Role:

As CITO, Rupert will lead our ever-expanding technology infrastructure, developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with McNear Agency Services' business goals and objectives. He will oversee a talented team of IT professionals, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of all our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmap to support McNear Agency Services' long-term growth and success.

• Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and cloud services.
